Rosetta’s Bistro, at the Emperor’s Palace, is the ideal spot to go if you want to celebrate a special occasion or treat the family to a feast without breaking the bank. They provide excellent value for the money and have transformed the traditional buffet option, giving you endless options to satisfy any craving.
The restaurant is divided into three distinct spaces through the creative use of sliding stacking Mashrabiya screens, an Arabic term for a projecting oriel window enclosed with carved wood latticework. It boasts a fresh interior, an increased seating capacity, clean-lined contemporary finishes, and a modern feel that stimulates and awakens the senses. This allows for operational efficiencies.
The first area is the outdoor space, a laid-back bistro area enhanced by a deli-style display area with various portable foods and drinks ideal for on-the-go snacking. Early risers and late diners are greeted by a restaurant that offers an à la carte, quick service menu as soon as they enter Rosetta’s.
The second part is the center section of the Mashrabiya, which has four opening orientations that allow you to either open it up entirely into the main restaurant room or expand the outdoor area into a larger dining area. The third section has the primary restaurant and kitchen concept, which includes the buffet, banquette seating, and freestanding table seating.
A wide variety of international cuisines are served at the kitchen area’s lavish buffet, which offers guests the chance to eat well for a fair price. Rosetta’s Bistro is famous for having an incredible assortment of buffet items.
