Their long history began in this charming Athlone suburb in the 1930s when the Gangraker family moved here to establish themselves as traders.
Since then, the company’s values of quality, service, and hygiene have been passed down from generation to generation. Today, when you visit their businesses, you will discover and encounter that very standard.
Their very own Halal Butcheries, master butchers since 1975, are the only source of meat and poultry that they use. The idea that “we sell what we eat” has long been one of their guiding concepts. They aim to provide their best pizzas, pasta, and grills in a welcoming, family-friendly café that exudes warmth and coziness while evoking a domestic yet distinct ambiance.
This served as the basis for the store’s concept and moniker, ultimately resulting in the opening of their first TBW location. They still specialize in wood-fired pizzas and pasta, flame-grilled lamb ribs and beef, steaks, chicken wings, and beef and chicken burgers. Everything is carefully cooked to satiate your taste buds and appetite.
