Featuring the best quality, freshly made burgers, wings, and ribs that are expertly grilled, the restaurant also serves quick, grab-and-go breakfasts. The unusual restaurant’s menu has three delicious varieties of wings, ribs, and unique chili poppers, in addition to fresh brioche buns for burgers.
The menu offers other options besides delectable cheese fries and “on-fleek” milkshakes. All of Brocka’s marinades and sauces are made in-house and very delicious. You can eat in or take out the freshly prepared food. Brocka’s customer experience is the focus, going above and beyond the standard burger joint.
An innovative, open-plan service restaurant with 144 seats makes up the distinctive environment. Food connects people, and the Brocka experience will promote a lively, welcoming environment for special occasions and breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The interior features a distinctive fusion of ultra-modern and rustic finishes, creating an ambiance. An indoor pergola, exposed brickwork, copper-hued Tolix chairs, and handmade table elements add to the sense of urban decay, and a hand-built container completes the “warehouse in a mall” concept by providing a real New York street-style dining experience.
