Jessica’s is a famous South African restaurant established in 2017 by Jessica Botha & Andries Strydom. Their goal was to establish a lifestyle restaurant brand centered around exceptional fresh cuisine, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for friends and families to come together and share a meal.
In 2001, Jessica proudly graduated from the renowned Silwood Cookery School in Cape Town, completing an extensive 3-year Cordon Bleu cookery course. Her profound love for entertaining and exceptional food has been the driving force behind her culinary journey.
After dedicating eight years as a private chef in the UK, Jessica returned to her roots in South Africa, eager to carve her niche in the local hospitality industry. In the tapestry of her life, Jessica is happily married to Andries and is a proud mother of three. Her children, serving as her biggest inspiration and discerning critics, have become the heartbeat of her culinary creations.
